Account Deletion Request
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including loops, entries, checklists, and progress will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and personal information
- All loops and their associated data
- All entries and journal content
- All checklist items and progress
- All notification preferences
- All app usage data
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Murabata app
- Go to your Profile tab
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by:
- Sending an email to the support address listed on our Contact page
- Including your account email address in the request
- Stating clearly that you want to delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Note: After account deletion, you may need to wait up to 30 days before you can create a new account with the same email address.
Data Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, you may want to export your data. You can do this from the app:
- Go to your Profile tab
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Export Data"
- Your data will be exported in a readable format
